改性竹粉/PVC复合材料吸水和力学性能研究Study on Water Absorption Properties and Mechanical Properties of Modified Bamboo Powder/PVC Composites

摘要(Abstract):
对竹粉成功进行机械活化酯化改性,然后与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混、热压制备改性竹粉/PVC复合材料,研究了复合材料的吸水性能。结果表明:与竹粉/PVC复合材料相比,机械活化酯化竹粉与PVC基体黏结性得到改善,改性竹粉/PVC复合材料的防水性能得到提高,浸水96 h后,其吸水率2.08%,尺寸变化率0.75%,弯曲强度下降了5.50%。
