摘要(Abstract):
论述了一种新型聚合物熔体振动挤出成型技术TekFlow,该振动技术为一种旋转剪切与纵向振动的复合式机械振动,对该技术的理论依据、振动设备、振动设备中熔体的流变行为及振动挤出成品的性能方面展开了论述。该振动技术改善了聚合物的加工流变性能和力学性能,降低了成型温度与压力,提高了挤出产量,适用于热敏感性助剂或难分散性填料的共混挤出。
