硅藻土/羟基锡酸锌复合粒子的自组装及应用Self-Assembly and Application of Diatomite/Zinc Hydroxystannate Composite Particles

摘要(Abstract):
采用室温自组装方法制备了硅藻土/羟基锡酸锌复合粒子(DZHS-CP),研究了DZHS-CP对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)阻燃效果和力学性能的影响。结果表明:羟基锡酸锌(ZHS)晶体的生长及组装受与Zn(OH)_4~(-2)浓度有关的"溶解-重结晶"过程控制,85℃时ZHS晶体呈边长1.0~1.5μm的立方体结构,表面光滑;室温时的ZHS晶体呈立方八面体结构,棱长约为1.0μm,表面沉积有0.1μm的细小微晶;而DZHS-CP中的ZHS晶体也呈立方八面体结构,棱长为0.3~0.5μm;DZHS-CP对ABS的阻燃效果和拉伸性能要优于ZHS与硅藻土混合物的。
