EP/HGMS-EHS/HGMS复合浮力材料的制备及性能Preparation and Properties of EP/HGMS-EHS/HGMS Composite Buoyancy Materials

摘要(Abstract):
通过滚球法制备了空心玻璃微珠(HGMS)增强环氧树脂(EP)空心球(HGMS-EHS),并将其作为轻质填料与EP,HGMS复合,然后再通过模压法制备了EP/HGMS-EHS/HGMS三相复合浮力材料,对其抗压缩强度、密度、微观形貌等性能进行了研究。结果表明:HGMS-EHS可以明显降低三相复合浮力材料的密度,同时使其保持一定的抗压缩强度。当HGMS-EHS密度为0.125 g/cm~3且质量分数为60%时,三相复合浮力材料的密度为0.387 g/cm~3,抗压缩强度为9.3 MPa,适合于930 m海域中工作。
