表面处理对聚酰胺表面及黏接性能的影响Effect of Surface Treatment on Surface and Adhesive Properties of PA

摘要(Abstract):
聚酰胺(PA)板表面经火焰和等离子体处理后,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测试仪等分析了不同处理方式对PA板表面形貌、成分、润湿性及其黏接性能的影响。结果表明:两种表面处理方法均能去除PA板表面的弱边界层杂质,并引入羟基、羰基和羧基等含氧极性基团,改善了其表面润湿性,提高了黏接性能。
