复合扩链剂对回收PET的增黏改性及其结晶动力学研究Chain-Extension and Non-Isothermal Crystallization Kinetics of Recycled PET Using United Chain-Extender

摘要(Abstract):
分别采用六亚甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯(HMDI)和HMDI/环氧树脂复配体系作扩链剂,使用双螺杆熔融挤出工艺对废旧聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(rPET)瓶片进行扩链增黏。结果表明:HMDI单独作为扩链剂时,rPET的特性黏数从0.467dL/g增加到0.633dL/g,而HMDI/环氧树脂复配体系作扩链剂时,rPET的特性黏数增加到了0.703dL/g,这说明复配扩链剂对rPET的扩链效果更为明显;HMDI/环氧树脂复配体系扩链后,rPET的结晶能力下降。
