PA6/Zn(st)_2复合材料的发泡行为与力学性能Foaming Behavior and Mechanical Properties of PA6/ Zn(st)_2 Composites

摘要(Abstract):
通过熔融共混法制备聚酰胺6/硬脂酸锌[PA6/Zn(st)_2]复合材料,并采用二次开模注射成型工艺制备PA6/Zn(st)_2复合材料发泡样条。考察了Zn(st)_2含量对PA6/Zn(st)_2复合材料流变性能、结晶行为、发泡行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Zn(st)_2的加入,提高了复合材料低频区的储能模量,降低了复合材料低频区的损耗因子;当Zn(st)_2质量分数为3.0%时,储能模量达到最大值,损耗因子达到最小值。当Zn(st)_2质量分数低于5.0%时,对PA6/Zn(st)_2复合材料的力学性能影响不大。当Zn(st)_2质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料的泡孔密度和泡孔直径都最佳。
