聚乙烯管材料结晶性能的研究Research on the Crystallization Properties of Polyethylene Pipe Materials

摘要(Abstract):
通过差示扫描量热仪研究了典型聚乙烯(PE)管材料的结晶性能。结果表明:6种管材料的熔融峰温很接近,气相工艺中PE-1的结晶度61.1%,淤浆工艺中PE-4的结晶度64.0%,相对较高。6种管材料均在119.5℃时结晶速率较快。降温速率为5℃/min时,PE-4的结晶速率常数最大,为0.60,半结晶时间最短,为1.06 min。
