PVDF/PMMA/PPS热熔胶的制备与性能Preparation and Properties of PVDF/PMMA/PPS Hot Melt Adhesive

摘要(Abstract):
以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为热熔胶基材,以与PVDF相容性良好的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和极性聚苯硫醚(PPS)为填料,通过熔融共混法制得了PVDF/PMMA/PPS热熔胶。通过热变形维卡软化点试验机、热重分析仪、万能材料试验机以及扫描电子显微镜研究了PPS用量变化对PVDF/PMMA/PPS热熔胶耐热性能、黏接性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:在150℃下,当PPS质量分数为10%时,PVDF/PMMA/PPS热熔胶的剥离强度达到最大。随着PPS用量的增加,PVDF/PMMA/PPS热熔胶的耐热性能逐渐改善,并表现出良好的熔体流动性。
