高温热氧老化对尼龙1010结构与性能的影响Effect of Thermo-Oxidative Aging on Structure and Properties of PA1010

摘要(Abstract):
采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪等研究对比未老化尼龙1010(PA1010)及在160℃下热氧老化48,96,192,384h样品的微观结构和流变性能的变化。结果表明:随着热氧老化时间的延长,PA1010发生降解,主晶区减小,分子链上酰胺键和亚甲基也变少,降解产物生成了熔点更低的晶体。但流变结果中模量曲线在低频区出现的平台表明老化过程中不但发生降解反应,还存在交联反应,复数黏度、浊度和凝胶含量的测试进一步佐证了这一结论。
