酯交换催化剂对PC/PET合金相容性和结晶行为的影响Effect of Transesterification Catalysts on the Miscibility and Crystallization Behavior of PC/PET Blend

摘要(Abstract):
分别采用醋酸镧[La(Ac)3]、醋酸铈[Ce(Ac)3]和钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OBu)4]作为聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PC/PET)反应性共混的酯交换催化剂,通过溶解度试验、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC),研究了共混物酯交换程度、相容性和结晶行为。结果表明:酯交换催化剂的加入提高了PC/PET共混物中酯交换反应程度;大多数情况下,酯交换催化剂的加入会降低甚至消除共混物的结晶能力,但低酯交换催化剂用量的La(Ac)3从某种程度上提高了共混物的结晶能力;Ce(Ac)3是最高效的酯交换催化剂。
