DAP存在下GMA熔融接枝聚丙烯的研究Melt Grafting of GMA onto Polypropylene in the Presence of DAP

摘要(Abstract):
在熔融状态下,将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝到聚丙烯(PP)上,考察了共单体邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量、DAP/GMA物质的量比、混合单体用量、反应温度、密炼机转速对接枝反应的影响。结果表明:加入适量的DAP,有利于提高GMA相对接枝率,同时能有效抑制接枝过程中PP的降解;当DAP/GMA物质的量比大于0.4时,GMA相对接枝率提高不明显;最佳接枝条件为PP 100g,DCP 0.2g,混合单体(DAP/GMA物质的量比为0.4)10g,温度180℃,转速120r/min,混炼时间8 min。
