稀释剂粘度对HDPE微孔膜微观结构影响Effect of Diluent Viscosity on Microstructure of HDPE Microporous Film

摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了稀释剂(矿物油)粘度对热诱导相分离高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)微孔膜微孔结构的影响。结果表明,随着矿物油粘度的增加,在HDPE/矿物油体系冷却诱导相分离过程中,大量矿物油滞留在晶体内部,采用有机溶剂萃取后晶体问孔减小、减少。相比自然冷却,采用冰水混合物冷却得到的晶体间孔更小。最后从微孔膜加工性及微孔大小出发,认为具有中等粘度的稀释剂比较好。
