iPB-g-MAH增容PP/CaCO_3复合材料流变性能的研究Rheological Properties of PP/CaCO_3 Composites Compatibilized by iPB-g-MAH

摘要(Abstract):
制备了马来酸酐接枝全同聚丁烯-1(iPB-g-MAH)增容聚丙烯/碳酸钙(PP/CaCO_3)复合材料,采用毛细管流变仪研究了PP/iPB-g-MAH/CaCO_3复合材料的流变性能。结果表明:当CaCO_3母料含量较大时,PP/iPB-g-MAH/CaCO_3的剪切黏度和剪切应力均明显小于PP/iPB-1/CaCO_3的;随CaCO_3母料含量增加,PP/iPB-g-MAH/CaCO_3熔体的非牛顿指数呈上升趋势,非牛顿流变行为减弱;在相同CaCO_3母料含量下,PP/iPB-g-MAH/CaCO_3熔体流动速率高于PP/iPB-1/CaCO_3的。
