PP/mPE复合材料的制备与性能Preparation and Properties of PP/mPE Composites

摘要(Abstract):
利用茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)对聚丙烯(PP)进行共混改性,研究了mPE对PP力学性能、光学性能、热性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:随着mPE用量的增加,PP/mPE复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率先增大后减小,当mPE质量分数为20%时,PP/mPE复合材料的断裂伸长率达到最大值(225.41%),约为纯PP的4倍;mPE对PP的透光率的影响不大,但使其雾度显著降低;mPE用量的增加使PP的结晶度逐渐下降,当mPE用量大于20%时,PP/mPE复合材料出现了宏观相分离;当mPE质量分数为20%时,PP/mPE复合材料的综合力学和光学性能最优。
