焦磷酸哌嗪/MPP对PP阻燃作用和力学性能影响Effect of Piperazine Pyrophosphate/MPP on Flame Retardancy and Mechanical Properties of PP

摘要(Abstract):
通过垂直燃烧试验、极限氧指数(LOI)测定和锥形量热分析,研究了焦磷酸哌嗪(DPP)/三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)对聚丙烯(PP)阻燃作用的影响。结果表明:当DPP和MPP的质量比为2∶1,DPP/MPP的质量分数为26%(占物料总量)时,PP的阻燃级别可达到V-0级,LOI为35.5%;与纯PP相比,阻燃PP的总热释放量、热释放速率峰值均显著降低。另外,添加阻燃剂显著降低了PP的力学性能,但添加DPP/MPP对PP力学性能的影响明显小于聚磷酸铵(APP)基膨胀型阻燃剂。
